Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided that:

  • The item is unused and in original condition.
  • Original packaging, manuals, labels, and accessories are included.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened consumable products
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Used or damaged products not caused by shipping

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was shipped.
  • The item arrived damaged.
  • The item is defective.
