Return Eligibility
Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided that:
- The item is unused and in original condition.
- Original packaging, manuals, labels, and accessories are included.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened consumable products
- Customized or special-order products
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Gift cards
- Used or damaged products not caused by shipping
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The wrong item was shipped.
- The item arrived damaged.
- The item is defective.
